Free Nutrition Workshops - by Cornell Cooperative Extension on Wednesdays from 10 am to 12pm starting on 1/22 - This workshop is for parents or caregivers for children. Attending this workshop will help you to make healthier nutrition choices and become more physically active as well as learn to use your food dollars wisely. Learning is hands-on! Each session, participants engage in learner-centered, dialogue-based education. Visuals and hands-on activities - participants prepare, cook, and taste foods.
